PEED 2026 has been successfully held!

The 2026 2nd International Conference on Power Electronics and Electric Drives (PEED 2026) was successfully held on March 13, 2026, gathering distinguished scholars, researchers, and industry practitioners from around the globe. The conference served as a vibrant platform for exchanging cutting-edge ideas and discussing the latest advancements in power electronics, electric drives, and interdisciplinary fields.

The keynote speech session was inaugurated by Professor Farhad Shahnia from Murdoch University, Australia, who delivered a thought-provoking talk on "Electrical Energy System Sector Evolution from Centralized to Distributed."

Following this, Professor Duc Truong Pham from the University of Birmingham, UK, captivated the audience with his lecture "Research into Product Disassembly by Robots as a Step Towards Digital Remanufacturing.

Professor Yiming Zhang from Fuzhou University, China, then presented an engaging exploration of "Wireless Power Transfer and its Application on Electric Vehicle Wireless Charging."

Associate Professor Jiashen Teh from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, contributed a timely presentation on "Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) for Enhanced Grid Reliability."

Professor Nadeem Javaid from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan, shared his perspectives on "AI vs. Humanity."

Concluding the keynote session, Associate Professor Muhammad Junaid from the China University of Mining and Technology, China, presented his innovative research on "Liquid Nitrogen Arc Control through Self Induced Magnetic Fields."

The oral presentation session provided an energetic forum for emerging scholars to present their latest findings. Presenters engaged in discussions on frontier topics within power electronics and electric drives, and shared insights from their respective research experiences.

International Conference on Power Electronics and Electric Drives (PEED) will continue to provide the high-level exchange and cooperation platform for experts, scholars and enterprise researchers engaged in related research, and further promote the development of power electronics and electric drives!
